Quick Facts

  • Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm schedule
  • 20 – 25 patients per day, 10 patients per 4-hour session
  • Community health center/FQHC outpatient setting
  • EMR: Epic
  • Experience with pain management and addiction medicine required
  • Pediatric to geriatric patient population
  • Charts must be completed same day during clinic hours
  • 3 years primary care experience required — recent outpatient setting
