MA CRNA - $100K Sign On and Flexible shifts – Up to $328K+ with Call (Optional) – 1 hr. to Boston

We have a great opportunity for CRNAs seeking a practice that allows anesthetists to use their skills. Unlike many of the hospitals inside Boston, this facility is not overrun with residents so you can do the cases you really want to do while having a better cost of living than the city. There is an optional call program to earn more if you choose – up to $328K+ to start! Plus, there is plenty of OT if you would like to work extra.

Our employer offers a great working environment, an unrestrictive practice (regionals including OB epidurals) and a chance to find a case mix that suits your skills and preferences. See high acuity cases or just bread and butter if you prefer. 10, 12, 14, 16 or 24 hour shifts are being offered and creative scheduling options are available. Also, you will receive a $100,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 3 yr commit). A great benefits program is offered including 401k with match, Pension, with 1 week of PTO from day 1 as well as accruals of a minimum of 6 weeks of PTO annually, pretax spending accounts, CHILDCARE services, and much, much more.
