Our client, a Tribal Healthcare Facility in Northern, AZ is seeking a Permanent Quality Improvement Compliance Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, public health, nursing, or closely related field; a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a healthcare organization, demonstrated leadership, prior quality improvement and assurance, performance improvement experience, and to include, conducting investigations. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary and excellent benefits package. Come live and practice in this Arizona mountain town. This location is an outdoor lover's dream. It is surrounded by mountains, desert, pine forests and puts you close to skiing and the Grand Canyon.
