Description

The Emergency Management & Security Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, development, and implementation of programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and effective environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This leadership role supports the hospital’s regulatory readiness, emergency preparedness, workplace violence prevention, and safety/security operations in alignment with Det Norske Veritas (DNV) standards and other applicable regulations. The Emergency Management & Security Manager directly oversees the in-house security team and serves as a liaison between hospital departments, regulatory bodies, and external emergency response agencies.
